19. Trolling

19.a. Trolling is defined as one player (troller) being more than one lap behind you (racer).

19.b. All WCL teams are to declare whether or not they permit trolling prior to the WCL seasons' commencement, to their respective Division Administrator. If a team leader does not indicate whether their team permits the use of trolling, then they will be marked as 'trolling permitted.' You will not be able to change your decision once you have notified your Division Administrator.

19.c. For each match, the "home" team’s choice for trolling, as of 19.b., will be the rules for that match. Therefore if the "home" team allows trolling, then that match will allow trolling. If the "home" team does not allow trolling, then that match won't allow trolling. This will also be indicated on the 'Standings & Fixtures' thread.

19.d. Should any player be proven guilty of trolling in a match where it was not permitted (as proved in 19.c.), then that player's team will be penalised 30 points per race where a trolling incident occurred.

19.e. The proof (video only) should be posted in the results thread and brought to the Division Administrator's attention within the first 48 hours after the wars completion. Proof will only be accepted if from the direct point of view of the racer. If there is no direct evidence then proof shall be taken from other racers, providing there are at least two points of view.

19.f. The application of any penalties will be decided upon exclusively by the Division Administrator. If there is need for an appeal, such as small tracks, then the WCL Council will decide upon an outcome.

19.g. Should there be a dispute, from another Division Administrator or staff member, about the interpretation of these rules or how your Division Administrator applied them, then a decision will be made by the WCL Administrators using the WCL Council voting procedure.

20. Exploitation

20.a. If it is proven that a player or team has exploited any of the WCL rules, forums or mechanics of the game then they may be banned or disqualified at staff discretion.
